• Our clients and customers are our number one priority. Therefore, your information is NEVER shared with third parties.

• Late Arrivals: We give a 15 minute grace period from the start of your scheduled appointment time. Anytime after 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will incur. If you are more than 30 minutes late  (without communicating), this will result in a no show fee of 50% and your appointment will be cancelled. Two no-shows=unable to book future appointments.

• Cancellations: We accept cancellations 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment, for a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellations less than 24hrs will result in deposit being non-refundable.

• Payments for Services: We accept our deposits via ZELLE, PayPal and online when you book. Remaining balance can be paid via cash, Zelle or PayPal only. DEPOSITS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 12HRS OF YOUR BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT.
